, Heather received her 200 hour training through Power Yoga of Cape Cod. She likes to bring a challenge to all students with her flow, building their practice from the ground up with modifications offered throughout. She encourages everyone to stay true to themselves with her humor, open heart, and inspiring readings.

She’ll remind you to meditate on your breath in order to stay present on and off your mat. Her intention is to let the light that resides in each of us shine through by promoting self-confidence and a love for life. Her classes promise a reminder to laugh often, long, and loud.

Diane Tetreault

,After searching for years for a form of exercise that she enjoyed, yoga found her. Coming to yoga later in life was a blessing. It offers her a pain-free back, centering, a clearer mind and a happier body. Diane’s classes provide an opportunity for students to listen to their bodies, move with their breath and feel the peace and joy that is unique to yoga. This gift of yoga is available to all ages, all sizes, all shapes.

Diane is RYT 200 certified through Yoga Alliance, 200 Hour Yoga training with Sheryl Light of Open Studio Yoga. When not on the mat, Diane is a writer, a blogger (www.yarnsista.com), a knitter, spinner, weaver and quilter and an avid reader. She is a retired English professor who loves living here on the Cape. She has two grown daughters who also practice yoga.
